Anicha…

My journey of life brought me to Grha Kasih at Puncak area to join Tapa Brata program, an intensive meditation program offered by Bali Usada. I spent six nights seven days there with thirty one great new friends.

Well… I can’t share you a lot about my great experience there. Words are not enough to express it. It was just SUPERB! Nine meditation practices a day with average duration about forty five minutes each and fifteen minutes break in between plus various wisdom stories from every corner of the world by the Guru, Pak Merta Ada, really enriched my life.

One key word Pak Merta shared that I will keep in my mind is ‘Anicha’ (Sanskrit). Everything is transient and passing. Two things that make us tend to live in a never-ending cycle of suffering are craving and aversion. Likes and dislikes. While life is interesting because it’s unpredictable, isn’t it?

Other important word is ‘mindfulness’. Understanding Anicha mindfully will transform us to have a peaceful mind. The POWER of NOW is magic.

I highly recommend this program to all my friends who want to stay healthy physically and emotionally.

Semoga Semua Hidup Berbahagia.

PS.
Special thanks to Pak Merta Ada, my Guru; Pak Koesno and pak Jan, Pak Merta’s assistants; Pak Apyang, Pak Taufik and Pak Asmat, who helped us a lot in making things work great.
